I was having fun creating colorful chunky bubblegum bead yard art. I started with a few flea market finds: some old vases and platters. Since my project was going to be a bird bath, I wanted to use a shallow bowl or deep platter. You can also add ceramic figurines for decorations.
Liquid Nails Clear Silicone Adhesive (I am not sure where to find this but I have heard Walmart and Tractor Supply carry it)
old vases (narrow neck works best if you plan to put it on a pole)
shallow bowl or platter
clear colored beads- 20mm-22mm and some 12mm to decorate the bottom of the platter

To mount this on a pole, I plant the pole in the ground at the desired location. Then I wrap the top of the pole with 1 layer of bubble wrap, tape it and add my silicone adhesive. I place the vase over the pole and let it dry. This method has proved stable for the bird bath. When purchasing a pole, I usually by metal conduit from the electrical supplies aisle at the home improvement store. Make sure it will fit inside your vase. The conduit comes in varying diameters.
I put it in the flower bead and added water. The birds love the brightly colored beads. Have fun decorating your yard with colorful chunky bubblegum bead yard art
